Sad Poem on Promise: The Pending Promise

What’s Behind My Poem

Imagine you’re being so sick, but you have made a promise to someone you love. You really want to let the promise turn into something real, but your body doesn’t let you to. You keep getting weaker.

Your heart is completely broken. You’re obviously sad. This poem is from a voice of your sadness. Enjoy!

The Pending Promise

Sad Poem

Today I can’t stand, walk, or even run for you

But I can dream of my better better self

being a blessing sun above the happiness

on the dance floor, swaying romantic moves

Seeing a war

of the legend beauty

with you, the only one I call and call

Heavenly pretty

Today, I still swallow some bitter truth in pills of medicine

my body parts are Amylopectin

on my unreal kingdom chair

But my feed will be the first music on the ground

whenever your heart wishes to turn to me

for the sad or happy

This is my promise to you

That I tried to deliver through the air

But when I request a send

sad sky always tells me to pend

These are my visualized buildings for us

that I tried to declare through sunrise

But each time I ask for a show to you

Some rainy tears also tell me to pend

Can’t I even dream or visualize?

So, I’ll carry my pending promise

on my dying arms

I’ll let the visualizations of a better story

to sleep on each parts of my body

Head, chest, tummy
